Terms of Service

By accessing or using Tresora ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use the Platform. These terms apply to all users, including visitors, players, and administrators.

You must be at least 13 years old to use Tresora. By using the Platform, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement. If you are under 18, you represent that you have obtained parental or guardian consent to use the Platform.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to provide accurate and complete information during registration and to keep your information up to date. You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

You agree not to:

• Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Platform
• Use automated tools (bots, scripts) to interact with the Platform
• Cheat, exploit bugs, or manipulate game mechanics for unfair advantage
• Harass, threaten, or harm other users
• Upload malicious content or viruses
• Reverse engineer or decompile any part of the Platform

All content, code, designs, and trademarks associated with Tresora are owned by or licensed to us. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes. You retain ownership of content you create within the Platform (routes, questions, etc.), but grant us a license to use, modify, and display such content in connection with the Platform.

Tresora is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. We are not responsible for the accuracy of GPS data, AR marker detection, or QR code scanning results.

Safety Notice: Tresora involves outdoor physical activity. You are responsible for your own safety while using the Platform. Always be aware of your surroundings, follow local laws and regulations, and do not trespass on private property.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tresora shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you have paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or $100, whichever is greater.

You agree to indemnify and hold Tresora harmless from any claims, losses, or damages (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Platform, your violation of these terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.

Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the Finnish Arbitration Association. The arbitration shall take place in Helsinki, Finland. You waive any right to participate in class-action lawsuits or class-wide arbitrations.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Platform at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform ceases immediately. We may retain your data as described in our Privacy Policy.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Finland, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any legal proceedings must be brought in courts located in Helsinki, Finland.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated terms on this page. Your continued use of the Platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
